One of the toughest Sectors on the highest difficulties. For some reason it's also full of obscure secrets.

After getting back down from the ship, head left beyond the checkpoint, then down and right. The ribbon is in a room past the Beasts.

Go to the tall room outside the poster (A) and open the security door with the Chain Fractal Injection Shell (passive Komato level 10) and an Attack of at least 3. Stand on the edge of the hole, face left and fire the Nuke (Rocket launcher + MPFB Devastator + Crack 9) to blow yourself across the hole and land in the poster room.

One of the hardest Supercharges to get, it requires you to destroy Sentinel Proxima without damaging it with the electropads in the boss room. The recommended way is to get Attack 10, Tasen 10, Assimilate 3 or more, and Health 10. Once you face Proxima with these stats, 15 direct MPFB hits destroys it. Since you cannot avoid its Nuke attack which deals 5 HP damage, you need enough Health to survive it. Its Nuke even cuts through Iji's brief invulnerability when damaged, but it can't hit her while she performs Retribution (see Misc secrets). The CFIS and Velocithor V2-10 also work pretty well.

Secrets + notable modifiers

Tech logbook
Located at (B) is the logbook that tells you about the hidden skill Tech, adding it to the pause menu info. See Misc secrets for details. You can always perform it whether you've read about it or not.

Vateilika's shop
If you met Vateilika in Sector 3 and didn't kill her, she'll appear near the entrance to the Komato ship no matter if you broke the truce. Tap her shoulder to refill all ammo up to 5 (except for Pulse ammo, to prevent exploiting the Pulse linker) and get full Health. She says different things depending on if you needed health, ammo, both, or neither.

Annoying Vateilika
Keep poking Vateilika with the use key when you can't buy anything from her. She'll get angry, talk about her breakup with Yukabacera, sing a part from "Welcome to Ciretako", and finally tell you about Yukabacera's new game Hero Core. She reveals that the first two difficulties have 290 rooms and 11 bosses, and the third difficulty has 51 rooms and a secret boss. This was a teaser long before Hero Core was released; in early versions of Iji, Vateilika called it "HERO 2" and didn't refer to the number of rooms and bosses.

Cracker's hideout
After beating the game at least once on any difficulty, go to the lift at (C), ride it up into a tiny dead end, and shoot the cracked wall to the right with an explosive weapon. Enter the teleporter and keep walking right to reach the cracker's hideout. In here you'll find three logbooks; one containing lots of weird quotes about my games, one detailing many various secrets, and one describing how to find the Null driver (see Sector Z).

In the cracker's hideout is a small Komato Annihilator doll in the background. Touch it with the use key to make it say "Terminate" and "Annihilate" in a high-pitched voice. This is an inside reference to how the Annihilator's voice actor during recording tried some silly voices after a series of dark, growling ones.

Nuke shortcut
After the second checkpoint (D), stand on the right edge of the gap in the floor, face right and fire the Nuke. You'll fly across the hole and be able to teleport to the end of the Sector. Doing this makes you miss the ribbon, however.

Ansaksie's logbook
Easily overlooked when playing multiple times, a logbook is added at the start of the Sector if Iji is pacifist or neutral (180 total kills or less).

Proxima aftermath
Iji says one of six things after defeating Proxima depending on if you're playing in Sudden Death Sector, if you got the Supercharge from Proxima, if your Health level is 5 or less, if Iji is at full health, if Iji has at least half health remaining, or if she is below half health (relative to her current maximum health).

To reach the Nano overload (G) you can either destroy the shield door with a Strength of 8, destroy the ceiling of the room with the Spread rockets (Shotgun + Rocket launcher + Crack 5) or Nuke (Rocket launcher + MPFB Devastator + Crack 9), or get hit by a Shocksplinter from the Komato on the right.

Look to the left, and a constellation similar to Orion can be seen while entering the Komato ship.

Second CFIS
An easily overlooked weapon is the CFIS at (F). This room is only accessible after using a terminal to open the way to the right of the checkpoint.

Go to (E) and use the numpad to move the camera down-right, until you see a tiny Hero made up of stars. You may need to toggle the Num lock key first.

Poke Vateilika enough, and she'll tell you about the time someone paid her in Nano (experience points) and it actually leveled him down. He then broke Vateilika's tibia bone, which is why she doesn't let Iji buy something if she has too little Nano on her current level. The irony is that you will also lose your progress in Iji if you die and restart a Sector...

Doom comic
Of all things, Vateilika references the Doom comic twice in her various quips.
