Gaslands - Harvester
2025
This is a car I made for Gaslands, a Mad Max-style board game with modified toy cars. The base was a metal truck.
The side plating and frontal spikes were made from pieces of an ice cream pack dotted with a muddy texture paint. The steel beams and spikes on the sides were made from leftover sprues from figurine molds, while the exhaust pipes were made from old drinking straws. The swiveling harpoon turret on the top was made from LEGOs, cardboard and a small jewelry chain, and attached with a tiny magnet. The whole thing was then painted to look worn and rusted.
