A: Get the Jump boots.
B: Stand here and fall down to C. Jump from C to D.
E: Stand here and jump to F. Get the remaining coins.
Secret 4: Temple in the Sky - Extended
Right-click to destroy one of the upper right blocks in Secret 4, then walk out through the hole in the wall to reach the rest of this level. Reach the goal by heading all the way to the right wall, then jumping on the clouds.
